Our Services

Poland VPS Server provides KVM virtual private servers with an IP that geolocates to Gdynia, Windows RDP servers hosted in Warsaw, dedicated servers quoted on request, and domain registration. Plan specifications and prices are listed on each service page and in the client area. Domain registrations are also subject to the rules of the relevant registry, which may change over time.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for everything that runs on your services and for securing your own operating system and applications. You must not use our services for spam, phishing, malware distribution, network attacks or scanning, unauthorised access to other systems, infringement of intellectual property, or any content or activity that is illegal under applicable law. Proxies, VPNs and game servers are welcome when used lawfully and in line with the terms of the services they access. We may suspend a service that endangers our network, other customers or third parties, and we will contact you through the client area where possible.

Billing and Payment

Services are billed in advance for the chosen billing period. Invoices are issued in the client area and can be paid by cryptocurrency, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or bank transfer. Unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated. Dedicated server pricing is agreed individually through a quote before provisioning.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation from the client area, either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. Once a service is terminated, its data is removed and cannot be recovered, so copy anything you need beforehand. Domain registrations follow registry rules and generally cannot be refunded once processed.

Backups

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of data stored on your services, including copies held outside the server. We recommend regular, tested backups of files and databases. We cannot guarantee the recovery of data lost through hardware failure, software errors, security incidents or user mistakes.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the relevant billing period.

Privacy and Cookies

We use the personal data you provide only to deliver, bill and support your services and to meet legal and registry obligations. On this website, your theme choice and your cookie preference are stored in your browser. Essential cookies are always on because the site needs them to work. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you choose Accept All Cookies; choosing Essential Only keeps them switched off.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services, the law or registry policies change. The current version is always published on this page, and the client-area terms at control.serverslot.com remain the governing version. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
